Protecting and Minimizing Harm
Protecting and Minimizing Harm
Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring safe support services and accommodation for young people and adults. We prioritize this commitment across all our projects to maintain the highest standards of care.
Our Safeguarding Young People and Adults Policy serves as the foundation for our work, offering a framework that ensures our projects, staff, and service-users operate in a manner that minimizes the risk of harm or exploitation wherever possible.
We actively embrace any additional local authority frameworks and regularly collaborate with relevant services to establish clear, consistent pathways for identifying, addressing, and documenting safeguarding risks or concerns. These include issues such as modern slavery, coercion, human trafficking, and domestic violence.
If you have concerns about a young person or adult we are supporting, please reach out to us at safeguarding@friendlyicare.com.
